Cupey Cakeys.

Spent about 7 hours at my new machine today (: Was quite a success, I must say. Made a little bralette, it's a tad bit big though. And I made a teddy/romper too. Both WITHOUT a pattern. The romper WOULD fit me, but my booty is a little big to fit through the waist measurement. Should've used a stretchy fabric or some elastic, but these were just tester garments! So fun! I'm sure with a pattern it should be cake, since these turned out pretty well without one. I'm getting a plethora of ideas for my little line and I can't wait to work through all the kinks and get started on some real, fancy fabric! Love my new machine, Little Miss Anna. I got a Baby Lock, and it works wonders! The company names each of the machines in the A-Line Series and mine happens to be "Anna"! I may go back to exchange for the "Molly" depending on how many more special do-hickeys I may need (: Love her though!

Now I'm at Nikki's baking cup cakes with neon colored frosting and we're going to read our new books (:

A quick stop at the chiropractor's office in the morning and it's back to sewing!

Soooooo jealous of your new machine! I'm STILL using my 1982 Kenmore. How much was your Anna?

Ha. She was only 199 i think. And she works great! I have my old kenmore I'm trying to get rid of, its actually not old at all. I used it maybe 4 times but dubbed it broken on account of I didn't know how to use it! Come to find out it does pretty much everything my Anna does. So I'm selling it if you want a new one!
