Annoying.

Can't sleep.
My three most annoying annoyances worth mentioning, for annoying's sake, are as follows:

1. People who think they're perfect.
Perfection is a funny idea. People who like to flaunt their own perfection often are the furthest from it.

2. People who try way too hard.
If it doesn't come natural to you, just don't mess with it. It's awkward. And it makes me uncomfortable.

3. People who do one of the following:
Pretend their life is exceptionally amazing and worthy of constant public attention.
OR
Pretend their life is exceptionally horrible and worthy of constant public attention.

And for kicks and giggles, a fourth annoyance worth sharing...

4. People who copy other people.
Just come up with your own ideas, it's really not that difficult.

Annoying.

Natural Lip Plumper Anyone...?

Ordered some awesome fabric online for my FIDM scholarship project. It's going to be sort of like an interior design board. Fabric swatches and color schemes and themed trends for my inspiration boards. I think I'm going to use Anthropologie as my retail store. Their spring collection is pretty cute...plus their style is close to mine so it'll be easy to get in to the project.

I feel like I'm getting some sort of allergic reaction type thing on my lips...Caleb and I ate Chipotle last night and his were super swollen, like, instantly! Mine were fine, surprisingly. I'm allergic to avocado...aka my favorite food...and possibly tomatoes. But I eat Chipotle all the time so I'll be surprised if this is from last night's dinner. Hmmm...

Speaking of avocado, we're about to eat some yummy guac before dinner and I could really care less if my lips swell up any more. Natural lip plumper anyone...?

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday.

It's been a long few days, for some odd reason. I've done close to nothing but still feel exhausted. Probably just stressed about all of last week's happenings. Finally, though, it's Sunday. The classic sit-around-and-do-nothing-and-don't-even-feel-bad-about-it day. I did a few things this morning...car wash, coffee, mall run, hopped around NW, and now I'm home to just sit and sit and, oh, maybe sit some more. Found some cute stuff while I was out, little baby gifts for Elizabeth's baby shower that's coming up. And I found some of the cutest little custom cards at that paper store on 23rd. Bought the boo a Valentine's card...even though we don't really agree with celebrating Valentine's day, or anniversaries for that matter, since it's basically just a consumer holiday and an excuse for buying chocolates, flowers, and stupid cards (woops) and, come on, who needs a holiday as an excuse to take the time to be sweet to their significant? Don't get me wrong, though, I won't say no to a gift...

I also dropped into a few make up shops to see about applying. Blush Beauty Bar requires 5+ years experience to even be considered to slap some eyeshadow on a willing person.

Looks like I need yet another Plan B.
