This weather is awful. Can it be spring yet? It's practically May, people! Ridiculous.
I've bought so many cute springy clothes to wear and so far I have only been able to sport one or two days worth of sunny outfits. Luckily, though, it was my birthday weekend that we finally got some 70 degree weather. That didn't suck!
I think the puppy is ready now, too (: I'm hoping my dad will just go up and get her on Saturday while we stay here and have this baby shower butttttt we shall see. I'd really like to get out of the 6 hour drive but I'll gladly go with him if I must. I need to get my baby home! She is so precious. Can't wait.
My new tattoo is healing really well! Still sore from the shading but I've managed to keep it from completely drying out so far. I absolutely love it! It's big, and visible, but I have no regrets at all. Now every time I look down I will see my lucky penny for Papa! It looks awesome, too. Jason at Mr. Tattoo did great!
Got a few job prospects lined up...Nordstrom is hiring again for the upcoming sale. But I might just do a cashier position for the shoe department. That way I'll have a better schedule and won't have to worry about so much stress. Also...Dutch Bro's is supposedly hiring soon but I haven't turned in my application yet. Still not sure about that one. I feel like no one is hiring. Or I just can't get hired. Which makes no sense considering my resume with Nords. I'm trying to make some extra money in the mean time by taking pictures and selling my paintings. So far no bites on the art. Which sucks. But I did shoot Katie's graduation photos and they turned out great. Now I need to find some more engaged folks or newborn babies to help me out!
For now, though, I've got some errands to run!
