"aDoorable!"

Craft session complete! Made two cutesie little doorknob jobbies, and I must say they are aDoorable! (: On another note, it's quite blistery in the basement tonight, where I've been sitting since about 1:30 this afternoon working on pointless projects. Supposed to get 6 inches of snow overnight, but all I see is a little bit of left over rain on the windows upstairs. I think it's time to snuggle up in the yummy king size blanket my sister bought us for Christmas and drink some tea!

Maybe I should start figuring out some San Fran details as well...ugh.

Goodnight!

"Baby Tomorrow Will Be Better..."

Woke up in a good mood, though I was strangely tired. On second thought...I'm missing my boy today. Had a conversation this morning about school and moving and other things. I'm supposed to be leaving for San Francisco soon, and I think we've decided that he's staying here to finish school and keep his full time job to save up for when I'm back. Not fun. But it makes sense. Told myself I had $10 to spend at the craft store to keep myself busy for the day...managed to make it out with a pretty good haul for only $11.10! I found the cutest little wooden things to hang outside your bedroom door, other wooden pieces to paint and decorate and some wood paint pens! Crafty Tuesday, here I come! I suppose I'll sell them on Etsy, along with my hair pieces and soon-to-be lingerie collection! If my dang patterns would ever come in the mail! Stupid Amazon.

Speaking of...check out my Etsy site (: http://www.etsy.com/shop/laceonfriday

Anywho, hopefully these wooden wonders will make me feel better for a bit.

Off I Go!

12-1 T-Shirts Anyone?

So, we lost. Barely. And yes I did not personally attend U of O, but I don't need to go to a school to recognize great football when I see it. Therefore, I still love my ducks for bringing the PAC 10 to the big day this year. Oregon played a poor game when it came to focus but Auburn didn't exactly play a flawless game either! So tired of all the status updates by beaver fans who magically became full blown auburn fans/Cam Newton stalkers during the biggest game of the year and felt the need to make it public out of spite for the suckiness of their own team this year. So excessive. Not sayin' you need to cheer for your rival just because their from your state, do whatever you want. But when you're trying to sabotage our spirits by obnoxiously rooting for the other team ALL over Facebook, it's just really annoying. Since when are beaver fans also tiger fans? Perhaps after the ducks had an undefeated season worthy of jealousy? Nuff said. We still had a great season, and I still love my ducks. That's all I have to say about that!

Anywho...

Hair dying didn't go as well as planned today. My roots are still a bit pink from the purple in my somewhat black hair, and the brown hair dye basically served as a conditioner...nothing else. I look the same. Crap. But I did buy a cute duck shirt that was 20% off, some dry shampoo (best invention ever) and some Veet Hair Removal junk. Worked wonders, though, I must say. Bye bye stubble-y legs! Now I'm ready for my spray tan tomorrow...thanks babe!

On another note, I was really looking forward to watching the IFC film "The Other Woman", starring Natalie Portman, which has been calling to me for a week now! Ever since I saw a preview on OnDemand, this stinkin' movie is all I can think about! Too bad it's $9.99 to order! What's up with that anyways? I've been trying to refrain, but I gave in tonight. Problem is...when I went to buy it, my OnDemand services weren't connected! What?! I guess I'll have to wait for it to come out in theaters and go spend an equally ridiculous $9.50 to see it. Whatever. Nikki, my best friend, and I watched "Going the Distance" instead. Didn't exactly pay attention though, due to the annoying Facebook arguments that were started on my page about the game tonight.

So glad the day is over!
