PPS...

Watching the after parties I don't quite understand what Heidi Klum is doing with this mirrored business right now...a.) that looks sharp and potentially painful, b.) what happens if you rip a seam and break a mirror sitting down? bad luck? and c.) your hair and this masculine neckline thing makes you look surprisingly like a drag queen/cross dresser from afar...not good.

I love her, and I think she's stunning and her post baby body always looks amazing but this is a big problem outfit for me. Yuck.

PS I still think Mila is my fave of the night but after further review...Gwyneth just looked so hot in her Calvin Klein frock that I just wanted to give her my Runner Up for Best Dressed (:

Academy Awards 2011!

Best Dressed : Mila Kunis and Robert Downey Jr.

Worst Dressed : Marisa Tomei

I really loved a lot of the dresses from tonight but Mila definitely nailed it. Robert Downey Jr. looked hot as always in his crisp white shirt and white tie fitted with a slim tux jacket. Sexy. Marisa Tomei on the other hand either, sadly, needs to hit the gym or at least find a better tailor. Her dress wouldv'e looked great on a Gwyneth Paltrow figure but the weirdo seam at the hip creates this weird bulge resembling a pooch. I can't tell if it's too tight or baggy...neither of which are okay. And as for Hailee Steinberg, I know she's only 14 and her outfit was very age appropriate and everything but there's a way to wear the whole invisible mesh neckline thing and this wasn't it - it was too big and the jewels looked cheap. I never thought I'd say this but Mandy Moore pulled that look off way better and actually looked pretty hot tonight! Russell Brand typically doesn't look so dapper without his best accessory - Katy - but I must say that his navy blue suit and non traditional shirt looked pretty slick. And may I just say that his mother looks damn good! Justin Timberlake's mother on the other hand(behind him in the picture)...Look, I know JT's been hiding out as of late and you probably haven't been out since Nsync broke up but you need to wear a bra to these types of public events. Along with an extra set of nipple covers. Clearly. Michelle Williams looked girly and precious as always. Less is more with her and her make up was flawless. Jennifer Hudson looks amazing after all of that weight loss and I think she would definitely win Best Makeup for the night if at all possible. I loved Cate Blanchett in this dusty purple frock with chartreuse beading on the back! Really great details. Not the biggest fan of Scarlet Johanson's dress, or windblown hair for that matter, but the scalloped edges on the open back are really pretty. Her arm candy doesn't hurt her look either. Nicole Kidman looks like she's either wearing the runner from my grandma's thanksgiving table or a kimono. Not too sure. She's perfect but that dress adds some unnecessary inches around her middle. From the bust up, though, she's beautimous. Reese wins best hair in my opinion. Very Stepford Wifeish and put together. Although I'm definitely not a fan of her dress tonight - it reminds me of what you might see in a prom photo from the 90's before rhinestones were invented. Halle, Gwyneth, and Sandra are perfect. Celine Dion - post twins - looks freakin' hot. And Natalie Portman (love) looks great preggers. Hilary Swank really bothers me...but I thought she pulled off the whole feathered thing pretty well and her face looked less horsey tonight (: She looked good. Amy Adams pulls off the conservative thing well and while I'm not quite sure how she's even famous, Maria Menounos looked damn sexy in that velvety one armed thing! Last but not least I think Matthew McConaughey and his boo Camila Alves looked hot as ever in black...my favorite color (:

Favorite Day Of The Year.

Well, besides my birthday.

Oscar time baby! 2.5 hours of red carpet amazingness and another few hours of award show craziness. Award season is definitely my favorite season.

I wish I could post pictures of my favorite dresses as I see them but unfortunately google doesn't work that quickly. I'm assuming within the hour someone somewhere has got to have some 2011 Academy Award photos up.

So far...Mila Kunis...um...HI. Gorgeous. Flawless. Perfect dress, perfect hair, perfect color. She's hot hot hot right now. And Jennifer Hudson looks fab! I think I would be posting 50 things per minute if I could say everything I wanted to.

Ah! So excited.

P.S. Mandy Moore, you may be washed up but your Monique Lhuillier dress is pretty amazing.
